kaolly:

Posted again from my scans.

The magazine said:
Chris was making some collages from Rolling stone magazine at Bad Animals studio in 1993.
He clipped out the face of Smashing Pumpkins guys from the magazine and put them on the naked bodies of Blind Melon guys of the cover.
This was on the magazine.

When D’arcy  got an interview from this magazine after this event, She said “I’ll kill him.”

I guess this was the start of fued between SG and Pumpkins *_*.

All photo by Michael Lavine,
He is well-known for his own photo-books “Grunge” and “Noise from the underground”. I love his photos!

写真はすべて”Grunge”や”Noise from the underground”などの写真集で知られるMichael Lavine. こんなスナップも撮ってるとは。

“The Cobain family are having a nice day out. It’s late afternoon in a photo studio in downtown Manhattan. Daddy Cobain is careering from one end of the room to another, steering his 11-month-old daughter around in her pushchair, dressed in a suit that suggests he could well be auditioning for the role of Tigger in “Winnie The Pooh.” He looks ridiculous. Frances Bean is gurgling uncontrollably, a big grin on her angelic face. Courtney Love-Cobain is lounging barefoot on a sofa. ‘Where are my babies?’ she demands, her arms outstretched. Kurt changes direction, pretends to be out of control and stops the pushchair just short of the sofa. He leans over his wife and kisses her. Long and passionately.” - The Face, 1993
